COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Applied Intelligent Systems AIS-3500EX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leuze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nachi such as the AUXL111CA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CLV4903010 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AMS20020011H by Manufacturer Leuze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand C200HAD002C200HAD002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Westronics such as CB100330CB100329CB100331MC100331 equipment made by Westronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AS9000461 made by Modicon as well as the popular CM100E3Y24E original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BV91HRA011805P by Asea and CB100330CB100329CB100331MC100331 spares by Westronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BE187TE1FA1JN0N0F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Basler. |
